How our Cadets view Leadership
Leadership is very important to me because it shows people where to go. It shows people the right direction too and keeps them out of trouble. It sometimes gives people someone to look up to. Leadership is important to me because it can make this world a better place to live in for everybody. it shows the people the right and wrong things to do.

Leadership is like milk in a chocolate shake; it's the main ingredient to a perfect life. It's not about pushing people around but it's mostly about being able to make the right decision for the right adventure. The ability to help others in need and not having to think negatively about it. It's the feeling craving inside you that makes you think everything's under control. Leadership is what makes you understand what others need, think, and want when at the same time you'll be understanding yourself mentally and physically.

Leadership to me is not being a follower and making my own path for myself. Not having to do what others do to fit in, as in being your own person. It's not caring what others think of you, only what you think of yourself. To be free and stand up for what you believe in as well. Finally, a leader is somebody who cares and you can always count on to be there. Someone you look up to is someone who has leadership to me.

To me leadership means about caring for others and being a leader to other people. You have to be a leader to people who think in a wrong way and maybe you could help them out a little bit. Being a leaders is a very special thing.

Leadership to me means to control the choices you have to make every day. It also means to take responsibility for your actions.

Leadership means to me that I don't have to be a follower; that I have the power to be a leader. I can go above and beyond the call of duty; do more that what is expected of me; show the world that I am not a quitter nor a failure. Leadership means to me that I can be my own boss; be what I want to be when I grow up-a lawyer of doctor or accountant or a judge. Leadership means to me that I don't have to limit myself. leadership means being all that I can be.
